The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to individual tenant suites. Tenants may give outgoing mail to the mail carrier.
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Deliveries for Front Range Endoscopy Center take place in front of building on the southwest side of front porch. Freight deliveries must utilize the front entrance. Delivery vehicles over 10 feet in height must park curbside at 719 North Cascade Avenue. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
